Successfully defended national insurer in bad faith litigation arising out of hurricanes

Obtained summary judgment for condominium association in action by a unit owner for fraud and breach of the by-laws

Successfully defended employer in arbitration filed by union based on the termination of an employee

Represented nursing facilities state-wide regarding EEOC complaints and other employment matters

Represented condominium developer in arbitration proceeding against the general contractor

Obtained summary judgment for demolition company in wrongful death action

Defended large commercial construction company in suits alleging construction defects
